My approach to coaching and leadership development is built upon thirty years of experience as a transformational leader capable of delivering strategic growth and business benefits.
I have worked in the private, charity and government sectors and am well versed in the challenges and opportunities facing each sector.
My passion for coaching comes from my belief that we should all have the opportunity to achieve and be happy, and that coaching is effective in helping people and teams to realise their goals.
My clients come from all sectors and include people at all stages in their careers. My ideal client is one who is passionate about wanting to make a difference, happy to open up and talk freely about what they want to achieve, and who is directed by a strong social conscience.
